Unity Ads may also offer choices through the Data Privacy icon or privacy controls within an advertisement. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily stop advertisements from appearing.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain support emails only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, manage related communications, or satisfy legal obligations. You may request deletion of information we control by contacting us below, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information we handle directly. Unity and other third-party service providers are responsible for security measures associated with their own processing. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our games are not designed for or directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the concern.
